I was excited to try this place right off the weekend of GreekFest in Maitland. The pictures all look very good.

My takeout experience however was lackluster.
Behold the Spinach-less Spanakopita! How the heck does an employee see food like this and actually box it up for delivery? (Seriously look at the pictures!)

The salad was very enjoyable and the baklava while a bit dry was certainly passable. But both the Spanakopita and Falafel were incredibly disappointing, if not insulting.

If you want to try this place, make sure to order in person so you wont be stuck with whatever they decide to throw in the box

For our special Sunday lunch we visited this place, The Greek Mediterranean Grill, comfortable Greek food, everything was super delicious, my Gyro was delicious and the fries were super crispy just the way you like them, You have to try the example of a delicious desert 100% recommended, visit it ?

Overall the service from staff is great top

The food : main course was great I got my self the Greek salad ? with the chicken large size cuz why not ? got the kids pizza with french fries ? it's pretty much pita bread cheese with sauce
Ordered gyro meat with Peter and french fries great

Appetizer was mid only due to the rice not being cooked all the way was very hard in the middle

The boys and I came here to try them out since they just opened. We all tried something different. I had the Great Greek Gyro, my son had the Falafel Gyro and my youngest had the Athenian Burger. All the food was great. The fries that came with the combo were great as well. The staff was very friendly and brought our food out to us. The only thing that was not perfect was that our food all came out at different times. But I'm sure that is only a learning thing since they just opened recently. We will definitely be back.

Really delicious, fresh food! We live around the corner but have waited to try until they’d been open awhile and worked their kinks out. We’re unsure if this was an off day but every one of the four of us ate alone because of the timing of the food. Some food didn’t even make it so we had to remind them and then they made it and again, delicious just, $20 is a lot to pay for an entree when you’re eating alone.

The food at this place is really good. Service was ok- the staff was more interested in chatting with each other than fixing the soda that was out - so since one of us can’t have sugar and really only drinks Diet Coke she had water. She let the staff know when it ran out and at the end of the meal checked again and it was still out. Since it was part of a combo meal we didn’t complain but it would have been nice to have someone communicate if they were totally out - especially since we had asked.

On to the food - the soup was the best I’ve had in several years. It was served at the exact right temperature, stayed nice and warm and had great flavor without being too salty. We had the feta fries - crispy and well seasoned - and three different entrees. I had the chicken gyro which was really good - well seasoned and an ample portion, my husband had the regular gyro and not a crumb remained, and my daughter had the falafel pita which she reported to be perfect - crispy and soft inside with really good flavor. The veggies were fresh and delicious - the food was about as perfect as you’d want it to be.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is fine. The music is a little on the loud side and they have a speaker placed, oddly, right over your head where you stand to order, making it difficult Ilg to hear what the cashier is saying. I would probably scoot that one over a bit. Tables and chairs are good sized and comfortable and the outdoor patio seating is well shaded and comfortable too. We will definitely be back and are excited to have this new restaurant in the neighborhood. Hopefully as they get busier the staff will step it up a bit with communication and attentiveness to guest concerns.

Food was delicious!!! We had the hummus, feta fries, and two entrees that were all delish. We ordered ice cream and then realized it had peanuts which my youngest son is allergic too. Tasha was sooo sweet and offered my little one some of the rice pudding. Also so yummy. Highly recommend this spot!
