Shine is really cool, they have a wide variety of aerial classes and there’s always something new to try. All of the instructors and very patient with beginners. They even help you one on one during the classes to make sure your form is correct. I have a blast every-time I go.

The studio is super clean, calming, exciting, and fun. The classes are great, the instructors like Frieda and Suzo are supportive and creative. They're genuinely looking to help their students, whether that's challenging or accommodating, they're all for it!

The staff are super friendly.

I love the space, love the community members. It's super welcoming to new folks.

It's been 3 months and I can't believe the progress I've made. Perfect identifications of what I'm doing that is stopping my flow, my flexibility. The body is so sneaky and it comes up with all kinds of ways to work around what I need to do. I have found the BEST instructor here that speaks my language, knows how to give me concrete skill building to get the job done. This place has changed my life over the last year. So recommend. Worth every dollar spent here. And the events are more fun than I've had since College. I'm way past menopause. I never thought I could do this but I am. They work with us all and know their stuff. They should have a doctorate in fun, grace, teaching, physiology and psychology. OMG, please try this place especially private lessons. Gives you the nerve to go to all kinds of classes. That translates to all kinds of places looking the world in the eye again!

I have been coming here for about 5ish weeks now and I absolutely love this studio. I’ve visited a couple of other studios in the DFW area and this is by far the best studio. The customer service is amazing from the front desk staff. Freida and Shay are amazing instructors. They both brings amazing energy to classes and make everyone feel welcomed/included. The cleanliness is TOP NOTCH. They actually make you clean off the mats are using and they clean the fabrics weekly which other studios do not do this. Everything about this studio is great!

Came here from Austin to practice while I was visiting family in DFW. This is one of the cleanest studios I have ever been to and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is very well taken care of and the equipment feels very safe and well maintained. The pole class I went to was very organized and I look forward to dropping into lyra classes and open gym while I’m visiting family! The only thing I was a little sad about was that the class packs expire pretty quickly as I was hoping to purchase one so I can have credits when I’m in town but other than that I highly recommend this studio to seasoned aerialists as well as people who are complete beginners! ☺️

I had a private class gifted to me for my birthday in February and I am completely hooked. I wasn’t sure what I would enjoy more so I attended each style. Turns out, I love them all! The instructors are so kind and make learning new things and pushing yourself so much fun. I have and will continue to refer anyone to Shine. I promise, once you take 1 class you will be hooked just like me!

Foxxy Flowers

It’s a nice studio but these are not real pole classes, they are designed for you to progress at a snail’s pace so you continue to pay. Want to move to the next level ? You have to AUDITION for the lead dancer and know a long list of moves. How many moves do they cover per class? One. We barely did anything with the pole during class. I’ve done several pole classes and brought a friend that’s brand new to it and we were both bored. Half the class was literally the warm up. Front desk is very professional, they also have an excellent flexibility class but if you’re going for pole, I highly recommend finding another studio. I paid for the 4 class pass and won’t be back because it’s a waste of time unless you are over the age of 45 and have never worked out or danced before in your life.

Been attending the studio for a few months now doing aerial hammock/silks with Freida, and I’ve been having an absolute blast. She makes everyone feel encouraged and proud of their achievements/progression. Victoria at the front desk is also always super welcoming and friendly. I am so glad to be apart of such a lovely community.
