It was a wedding ceremony last week and we stayed there for almost 5 days with around 150 guests. It was really a great experience over there. Every department and all the staffs from the Executive to junior level were very kind, supportive and was there to help us, corporate with us in any hour. It was a grand wedding but it became great grand wedding because of Sambodhi and with the help of Sambodhi.

We have spent 4 days with lot many fun. I recommend this place one of the best in pan India. This is best place to enjoye yourself, your marriage rituals , party , birthday and many more.

Very nice and natural surroundings where one feel the serenity and peace.

A must visit place for everyone visiting Bihar or Jharkhand .

Regarding hospitality and other required services Sambodhi Retreat is a great place to stay at and enjoy. I have stayed to attend wedding ceremony of the son of my dear friend Manoj Kumar Singh in the resort. The staffs are very courteous and they have left no stone unturned to make the event a great success. Kudos are especially for Mr. Guljar who gave personal care to the guests for their needs to their satisfaction.
Thanks to the entire team for everything they did for the guests.

संबोधी रिट्रीट की हालत बहुत ही खराब है कि किसी प्रकार का यहां इवेंट आप ना करें सारे रूम में एक फिट पानी भर जाता है और सर्विस काफी खराब है कोई भी स्टाफ इनके किसी बात को सुनने को तैयार नहीं है अगर आप कोई शादी की इवेंट कर रहे हैं तो अपनी बदनामी छोड़कर गेस्ट की परेशानी के छोड़कर किसी प्रकार की सुविधा को नहीं मिल पाएगी यह गेस्ट से भी इनका व्यवहार सही नहीं है और यह सिर्फ लोगों को ठगने के लिए बैठे हुए हैं अपने इवेंट कभी भी सोच कर रिट्रीट में ना करें और सब की व्यवस्था बहुत खराब है और इनका इवेंट वाला काफी ही बदमाश है आपसे बात कुछ करेगा और काम कुछ भी नहीं करेगा सिर्फ आपको परेशान करने का इनके पास अलग अलग तरीका है और कभी भी किसी प्रकार की किसी प्रकार की उनके पास व्यवस्था नहीं है सिर्फ आपको दिखावा करेंगे और बोलेंगे यह करेंगे वह करेंगे और कुछ भी यह करने को तैयार नहीं है जब वहां आप गेस्ट को लेकर आएंगे तो इनका व्यवहार आपको देखने लायक होगा और और आपके गेस्ट से भी सर्विस के नाम पर झांगडा कर लेगे आपको और विभिन्न विभिन्न तरीकों से आप से पैसा लेने का प्रयास करते रहेंगे और इन्हें इनका ना व्यवहार है ना सर्विस और खाना काफी रदी है और सिर्फ लोकल वेटर को इन लोग बुलाकर आपकी बेज्जती करने के लिए तत्पर रहते हैं

Very nice resort for marriage and any other functions. Healthy and testy food. all staffs are friendly, copretive, cayring, educated and humble...all faceiltes are available for reasonable price. At last this resort is superb in view of invironment..this resort is rich for natural beauty like different and unique types of tress and plant and flowers?..

Worst experience ever.

We booked an igloo cottage with a semi-private pool, but the pool was under maintenance and closed. We were not informed about this at the time of check-in. When we asked, staff told that it will be functional after some time, but it was closed till our check out next morning. Additionally, the person at the reception was rude. The kettle, hairdryer, few plugs, and the refrigerator were not working. There was also no contact number for reception, housekeeping, etc., available in the room.

When I called in the morning regarding the non-functioning appliances, the concerned person arrived after multiple calls, but none of the issues were resolved. Additionally, the tap in the bathroom was broken.

Despite my complaint early in the morning, the receptionist argued during check-out that they were not informed and demanded full payment. She was rude and uncooperative. The staff showed a complete lack of responsibility and hospitality.

Although the food was good, overall, it was the worst experience ever.
