OMG what a delightful gentleman!! Dr Richard Rubenstein is simply the best. Didn't feel like the typical doctor visit. He was most pleasant and warm. If only other doctors would take quite a few pages from his book. Office is neat and clean and staff is pleasant as well.

The Doctors and staff sincerely care about your well being. They make it affordable for working person without Insurance to be able to go to a Doctor. The staff remembers you and are pleasant and smiling even first thing in the morning. GREAT OFFICE!!!

Hello all,
It would have been my first time visited this location but unfortunately it did not work out and here is why. I scheduled an appointment for both me and my family member 2 weeks in advance at different times. My family member appointment was at 9:00 AM on Friday January 3rd. My appointment was at 11:00 AM on Friday January 3rd. Even though we scheduled our appointment December 18th, I received a phone call on December 31st stating that the doctor will not be in on Friday for my appointment time. After asking if I can just come with my family member during their appointment, I was told the doctor will NOT BE IN AT ALL ON FRIDAY! I explained to the staff that I scheduled this appointment weeks in advance because I am having major issues and I am needing assistance and I cleared my schedule and took off of work that particular day. I also explained that it’s the 31st of December (is when I received the phone call) and all locations are closing early and tomorrow would be January 1st in which all locations would be closed. The staff woman just told me they could schedule an appointment for January 17th. Presently, I called to see if they had another availability time and they said they can squeeze me in for January 9th. I cancelled everything all together! All of the appointment that were made on Friday January 3rd has been cancelled and rescheduled for all consumers. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER’s TIME AT ALL! Despite the consumer making the appointment way in advance, which is ridiculous. Now I have to take time to make another appointment somewhere else and they’re all telling me they have appointments two weeks from today. Now, I have to take off of work yet again for my new appointment. I WILL BE PUTTING A REVIEW ON YELP AS WELL!

Went to see dr Rubenstein. Honestly one of the best bed side manners i have ever seen. Very nice super informative and answers all questions. His residents are just as amazing! Such a wonderful place. Will definitely come here for now on. Thank you so much dr Rubenstein and residents and staff.

We never got to make an appointment with Dr. Rubinstein. I called twice and was left on hold both times. The second time the lady spoke in a very heavy, hard to understand Hispanic accent.

Dr.Rubenstein is the best Dermatologist I have met in and around this town..I have met many over the years and HE IS BY FAR THE BEST ..INCLUDUNG MOST IF HIS STAFF..SO HAPPY TO HAVE HIM TO GO TO..GREAT PERSONALITY AND GOOD AT HIS WORK..
