Pilgrimage is amazing! I found their free mantra meditation class on my second day in San Diego, and they instantly became my home away from home and my community during the month I spent in the city. The owner has a great calming presence to him, and everything is run with so much heart and generosity. I also took the free Tuesday night meditation classes, and some yoga and sound bath classes too. Everyone who works there is lovely, warm and highly skilled. If there's one thing I'm gonna miss from San Diego, it's hands down Pilgrimage.

Joined in 2011. Been coming and going since then. I always return to pilgrimage, it’s locally owned not a huge corporation. The owner and all the instructors are amazing. There is a sense of community here. It’s just lovely place to practice yoga. An assortment of classes. Whatever you are feeling. Also want to mention the meditation classes and the best sound healing classes included in your membership. The sound healing class on Saturday is my favorite it’s like a shamanistic experience. It’s divine and so relaxing ..some even fall asleep to the beautiful creation of sound that Oak is playing. Great studio ,it’s a family and you feel the love and peace here.

Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga is a beautiful space, one that has profoundly shaped my journey as both a yoga student and teacher. It's where I chose to complete my YTT-200. All the teachers at Pilgrimage of the Heart are extremely knowledgeable and intentional in how they design their classes. The studio offers a variety of different styles of yoga classes including hot yoga, flow, gentle, and restorative. It's a space where everyone feels welcomed, no matter where they are on their path. Pilgrimage also offers wonderful free meditation sessions that really allow you to explore different types of meditation. In a world that is always moving, finding stillness has become an invaluable resource. Pilgrimage of the Heart is more than just a yoga studio to me, it's a community of kindred spirits where you can always find nourishment for the soul and body.

I just graduated this weekend receiving my Yin Yoga Certification. It was taught by Kari. The class was full but Lauren and Kari were so kind to make space for me to join the training with my friends. The space is peaceful and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and kind. The cost of the course was reasonable as well.

This is the best studio I’ve come across in a veryyy long time. They do free meditation classes which is mostly what I’ve been attending. But, when my schedule frees up I plan on trying their yoga. Very heart-felt studio that fosters community!

I have been practicing at Pilgrimage since October 2023. My favorite class is Sarurday evening Savasana, a wonderful way to end the day. I was having lower back and hip issues and really needed to get moving in a way that didn't intimidate me, I found it. I am comfortable and really look forward to my classes!

It has a peaceful, quiet atmosphere, and the people are friendly. The place is kept clean, and it is air conditioned. The instructors are all very skilled and knowledgable. There is a lot of diversity - there are people of all ages and fitness levels, and there is a decent proportion of men. If you take a class more than 4-5 times per month, then look into their monthly membership options, it will save you money. It is unlimited, and they encourage you to attend as much as you want. They have Hot Yoga, which I haven't tried personally. They also have meditation classes and sound healing. You can get 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $25 just to try it out, no strings attached. They also give you a coupon for the vegetarian restaurant across the street.
