I have gone to classes all week at palm and pine it has been a wonderful community experience. My only request is that you put the bike rack back out so that I can keep coming through the winter on my own two wheels.

I absolutely LOVE the slow flow yoga class! The calm and restorative space that Palm & Pine has created brings me the opportunity to re-connect with myself. I love that they do everything possible to make yoga accessible to all and that they are community focused! Highly recommend!

I had never practice yoga before moving to La Crosse, and the minute I walked into Palm + Pine I immediately felt at ease and welcomed into their community. From their various forms of classes, intentional instructors, and amazing members, everyone has a place at this studio! I’ve been attending Palm + Pine as a student in studio and also through the 230 hour yoga teacher training. P+P is extremely thoughtful in their approach to yoga, making it holistic, authentic, and so accessible to all. It’s truly admirable! You are genuinely welcomed from the minute you step foot in the door or are in connection with one of the teachers. It feels like a true community, a home, and a safe space to feel seen and valued. Palm and Pine is an amazing yoga studio! The instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming with positive attitudes. I love the variety in class offerings so that I can get a workout in or nurture my body and mind with a restorative class. I wish there were a few more class times available, but the livestream and digital library are great options if the class times don't work for you. I am disappointed with the new scheduling app as it only works on iPhone and iPad, thus the 4/5 rating.
Will change to 5/5 if app becomes available on Android devices.

A most welcoming yoga studio with several class times and levels, Palm + Pine is a wonderful community for EVERYBODY ! I'm especially grateful for the shift in my "headspace", inviting me to be a better human off the mat. I also appreciate the teachers using "trauma-informed language", so I can choose the level of intensity correct for me on each given day. A great studio for any level of yoga knowledge from beginner to someone who practices regularly. The space is clean and the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and good souls. I truly feel at home and welcomed with open arms in this judgment free space. It has become one of my favorite parts of my day to practice at Palm + Pine!
