Herzlichen Dank. LG Eve

Jeff explains the science behind meditation and takes you from theory to application. It really helped me become a better therapist and guide meditations for my patients, tailored to their needs. Jeff has an open and fun teaching style, and I have enjoyed every class!

I attended a 3-day workshop with Jeff and Erika and was blown away by how comprehensive and meaningful the NeuroMeditation theory is. It effectively connects the many variations of spiritual tradition with clear categories of modern practice, showing the specific neuroscience results (EEG graphs and all) of different meditation techniques. It's incredibly helpful in understanding the meditation landscape and finding your own individual practice

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Jeff Tarrant and his team at NMI! Their protocols for brain training are exceptional and produce real results. I have been using them for years in my practice, for both in person and online (at-home) training for my clients. Dr. Tarrant's book, "Meditation Interventions to Rewire the Brain" is an excellent introduction...I highly recommend the Neuromeditation Institute practitioner training as well to expand your neurofeedback practice.

I'm a clinical psychologist and long-time practitioner of meditation. Learning and working with the NeuroMeditation Institute since 2017 has revolutionized and significantly deepened my own personal meditation practice, as well as my ability to teach meditation to clients and other providers. I began by taking a Master Course covering all 4 styles of neuromeditation; working closely with NMI's Director, Dr. Jeff Tarrant, in 1-on-1 mentoring; and reading Dr. Tarrant's book "Meditation Interventions to Rewire the Brain". I've since completed my Level 3 instructor training and have conducted webinars and 1- and 2-day workshops. Taking an individualized, neuroscience-informed approach to the teaching of this ancient practice, in order to help both new and experienced meditators optimize their health and wellness, has been game changing! Not to mention, the folks at NMI are warm, supportive, and passionate about what they do. I highly recommend their courses, trainings, and mentoring program!

The NeuroMeditation Institute is a wonderful educational resource. I have taken instructor training courses with them that have helped me understand how to better customize meditation practices for my self, my students and clients. Using brain-based research, NMI groups meditation styles into 4 unique categories depending on the brain waves and regions that are activated. This is really useful because it helps people find a style that works for their unique neurochemistry and their goals. Through studying with NMI, I am now able to offer a more customizable meditation practice that really works for people.

I have attended multiple workshops and other offerings over the years and I’ve gained so much from each one. NMI fits perfectly with my belief that there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to meditation. I also love how the programs integrate aspects from different styles and traditions, as well as neuroscience, research, and technology. I highly recommend NMI for anyone looking to start or enhance a personal meditation practice or learn new tools and techniques to work with clients.
