I needed a last minute appointment booked my appointment online Micheline called me personally to say she couldn't do it then but suggested another time, which worked out to be great. Her shop was clean and the atmosphere was great. Well let's get to the best part my hair was dry and lacked luster but when she was done the color was vibrant and my hair looked so healthy. I am a satisfied customer. Booking my next appointment immediately!! Angie West

If I could give 0 stars I would, Micheline did the big chop on me as well as my eyebrows. The cut I got, was not at all what I wanted nor expected. For starters there was no consultation on what I wanted, she then cut my hair with sheers when I told her I wanted the exact cut she herself had. Which was a low fade, she did not do that. She used the razor on my edges, cut my actual edges off., left so much of my hair uneven (See photos to see how i left her salon). She washed my hair, did not condition it. She then did my brows, shaved them completely off (see photos as well see below & after) then proceeded to charge me $220 dollars for this. I called her to let her know that I was not happy with this hair cut, her response was , “seriously” , she did not offer for me to come back to fix it nor a refund for some of the cost. Horrible customer service , Terrible hair cut. Beware

Love Ms. Mitch! I requested “first time blonde” and I wish I would have committed long ago. She kept my confidence that we were gonna take it “low and slow” not to damage my natural hair. And it came it perfect! So do yourself a favor and schedule with Mitch!

Since moving from Georgia to Tampa, I have been searching for a great, professional stylist for the last few months. I’ve been coming to Micheline for nearly a year, following a recommendation from someone I trust. I now have a standing weekly appointment and have never left disappointed. I trust Micheline’s hair expertise and have even ventured out of my comfort zone, allowing her to try different styles, cuts and color on me. Again, VERY pleased. I am a returning client of M Salon 1. Throughout the years, Michelins has always remained genuine, professional, and knowledgeable. I have NEVER encountered a stylist with such living personality! I am a “high maintenance “ client, and she knows that! However, customer service is extremely important to me. She delivers impeccable customer service along with the warm vibes in the shop. I have truly enjoyed all of my experiences at MSalon 1 and hope to continue!

Micheline is STILL such the professional! She used to handle my haircare over 10 years ago when I previously lived in the area. I had to relocate but recently moved back. I just HAD to find her! She is skilled in her craft like no other. She is so very personable and welcoming and the facility is clean and relaxing. She was A-1 THEN and is A-1 NOW❤

OMG! Where do I begin?! My hair had a total transformation from its dry natural state to a silky, flowing state. Raquel really has magical hands and almost four weeks later, my hair is still silky and straight! Unbelievable! I've been natural for 7 years and I've never had such success in getting my hair so straight and silky. Also, I must add that the customer service is outstanding. Being new to Tampa had me nervous about trying out a salon but I am so happy I gave M Salon a chance! Kudos Raquel! I will surely be back.
