Would like to let everyone know the men at the counter today told me they will not return my items even if the return policy is within 30 days they said people who really needed it could have use it even tho they have no clue of my situation. They treated us like im I’m trying to use there business to resell their products when I have been in business over 28 years and would never treat anyone they way they treated us today. I have spent money in that store plenty of time before. My husband even said can I exchange it for another item then. They said no. I asked for a manager he told me I can exchange it for another but they will be taking 25% restocking fee. Yes I was upset and yes I told them off be cause I work hard for my money and is just as good as anyone else who wanted to purchase that item the time of the storm and they should’ve told us that they make up their own policy daily.
He said we can do what we want the return policy mean nothing it’s the law

I’m deeply frustrated with my experience at your repair shop, and I believe it highlights a serious issue with how you handle products like my EGO lawn mower. It seems your shop has taken on a product line that has ongoing issues with access to needed parts and complicated warranty policies, which only adds to the customer’s frustration.

I’ve called at least 14 times, and every time I’m either told parts are unavailable or I get vague answers with no clear timeline for repair. I understand that certain products may have delays, but your inability to communicate or resolve the situation leaves me feeling like I’ve been completely abandoned.

What’s more concerning is that by partnering with companies that have such poor warranty processes and inconsistent support, it’s damaging your shop’s reputation. I trusted you to handle the repair professionally, but now it feels like I’m caught between a poorly supported product and a service provider that can't provide solutions.

For the sake of your business, I strongly urge you to reconsider how you handle products with these kinds of ongoing issues. This partnership is causing delays, frustration, and ultimately reflects poorly on your shop's ability to deliver reliable service. I expected much better and feel completely let down by the entire process.

So after it stayed in the shop for 5 weeks (after originally telling me 2 weeks) and them telling me they would call with an estimate (THEY NEVER CALLED, I NEVER APPROVED IT) I get it home, mow the grass once, and it doesn't work.

Jason told me "just bring the mower back in and we'll see what the problem is." Except, they had it five weeks and they didn't do it right. The could have refunded the money they took from me, they could have sent a tech to me to fix it...but alas, No. They did not.

This company is the worst company in Tampa. Do business with them at your own risk. I'm going to be reaching out to the BBB and others--this will not be left alone. This was a horrible experience. They have been in business 40 years they say...they must have been doing something right, they say. How times have changed.

WORST customer service of any company I have dealt with, and very disorganized.  Will never deal them again.

Ordered a simple gasket for our lawn mower in March, which we were told would take a week to get in. Instead, it took two months for them to get in stock. I called every week to check on it, and each time was told "we expect it any day now". In the meantime, we found it on Amazon and got it in two days.

When M & M finally got it in stock in May, two months after ordering, they wanted to charge us a restocking fee for a part that never ended up in my hands. I completely understand restocking fees but not on common parts, especially if the company didn't make an effort to contact us about the lead time. Did they really think someone was going to wait two months for a common gasket?

Apparently, that gasket was worth losing a loyal customer! I'm all for trying to support local brick and mortar stores but won't be returning.

I rarely leave reviews, but after the way I was treated, I felt it was my duty to let the public know, especially fellow landscapers. Found them thru Simpson company as one of their warranty repair shop. Had a recoil problem on a pressure washer on very first pull, told mm if it’s only recoil, I’ll pay for it, time was of the essence, two weeks later, they told me it was gonna be 3 more weeks before they can look at it. After I complained about them leaving my brand new machine out in the rain for weeks The owner told me I was angry n needed an attitude adjustment, unfortunately when you get treated like crap, you get a little angry. Btw, Another company fixed in 30 minutes. Never Never use this company

Horrible experience. Over promised, under delivered, over charged. If I could give them less than zero, I would. This company is why people don’t trust people in the service industry. Not only do I not recommend them I would say that if you choose to use them, you do so at your own peril. Be prepared to be extremely disappointed, and to overpay.
