I've had a tarot card reading, meditations with crystal bowls, chimes and gongs and zentangles art therapy which was fun.

What an incredible experience! I had a Private Sound Healing Session with Tamara and it was amazing. I have done many Group Sound Healing Sessions in the past, which have always been great, but this was on a whole new level. Having the bowls directly on the body really makes a difference.
