Decent stay for the price.. Polite staff and quiet place. Location is remote, need own vehicle to reach. No Tv inside room. No restaurant available inside and no hotels nearby as well. Online food delivery is possible.

Worst place to stay . Please to avoid so many good place are available for this price with lots of amenities. They literally provide nothing. No television no telephone to contact reception. Ac not working properly. Location can be accessed only via own vehicle other wise Vry tough to reach

GARGI MUKHERJEE (RHEA)

We stayed for 2 nights in a peaceful and calm place. Daily room cleaning service is available, and the staff are polite and helpful. Parking facility is available.
But, Kitchen service is not available in the hotel, so guests need to depend on restaurants, which are also a bit far from the hotel.
However, Swiggy/Zomato options are available. Additionally, there is no TV in the room, and alcohol, smoking, and non-veg are not allowed.
Rooms were ok ok but during my stay, AC was not working during the night time so we informed them to check but after rechecking still the same problem we faced during our stay.
Will never recommend.

Hi, if you are looking for peaceful environment then you can go with this room, rooms are very clean and good and entire place is very calm as many others mentioned there is no lift but I think it does matter steps are very short in range in case for elders you can take ground floor rooms, no food availability but I feel u can have outside which is nice or you can book from swiggy. No tv available but library and meditation room is available which is good but I felt very peaceful environment. Staffs are good. Must try

Rooms are ok ok, During my stay, AC was not working during the night time and staff provided alternate room which had same issue after one hour of checkin, I again complained, but there is no proper response from the Manager or owner of the property. Inspite of providing very poor service to the guests shamelessly they charged me full rental, including AC

Positive points
1. Clean and peaceful location.
2. Bigger and better room with attached balcony.
3. Very cooperative staff.
4. Clean air and environment. Good place to relax.
5. No non veg, alcohol and no smoking. Very good place for family and elder people.
I am impressed with hotel. Thats why giving 5 star rating.Every article like bed, light, corridor, room name etc are specially crafted to welcome you. Fight tank, tree, flight we're look very good to me.

Area of improvement
1. Kitchen was missing.
2. Bathroom could be better, specially sower.
3. Intercom was not available.
4. Price should be little less.

Only good for meditation retreat. No lift, so not good for senior citizens. No tv/play area, so not good for kids. Certainly not for vacationer, with its calm, cool but dead atmosphere.
No food, you have to have your vehicle to go out. They have some delivery numbers, with horrible, spicy food. Their own breakfast was pretty basic, chargeable, but good.

Our bathroom fittings were literally giving us electric shock which was not fixed in two days.
Staff is good and courteous though and try to accommodate your requests. I guess we were just wrong kind of customers for them.

Great place for peace seekers

Pros:
1) The room was really nice and cleanliness was top-notch. Bed was cozy and conformable.
2) The place is nature friendly, but I would advise this place only to people looking for peace and specifically people who has cars (as this place is far from main road and you will literally cross through areas looks like forest).
Cons:
1) There is no other entertainment factor in hotel, there is not even TV.
When asked staff, they said all the hotels in auroville will not have TV. So I wont suggest to people planning to stay here with kids.
2) Hotel does not provide food and you have to travel minimum 8 Km for decent food. This information was not provided and I was stuck at night without food, they provided menu card of nearby hotel but the hotel guy did not take order because of delivery distance and less order amount. If you planning of having food, you need to inform hotel staff few hours before, they will try to arrange some home cooked food.
