I have been seeing Maria for massages since 2017. She is amazing, and its the best hour of my month. I've also had other massage therapists at Heal including Nicole and Brie. They are all so incredible, each with their own unique signature style. I love them all and feel that my body/mind/spirit benefits from switching around for this reason. I recently determined that I was over the general aches and pains I've kind of just been ignoring. I knew the owner, Maria, and after hearing her talk about her passion for, and knowledge on, healing massage therapies and their benefits, I thought I'd make an appointment. Due to my own scheduling conflicts, I was unable to book with Maria so I booked with Brie. Oh, man! l left my appointment feeling light on my feet and a little light-headed. I didn't realize how tense I always am until my muscles were finally persuaded to relax. The room was quaint and comfortable, the atmosphere clearly intended to be relaxing, and Brie used just the right pressures to get me to relax without hurting my numerous sports injury sites. The aromatherapy that partnered with the massage and overall zen feeling of balance no doubt contributed to my results. I definitely fully recommend Heal. Pain & Stress Relief Center.
