Highly recommended - Gabriela is such an empathetic and warm hearted person, I felt welcome from the very beginning. I did not have a lot of experiences with reiki sessions and was very happy that she explained everything to me with so much patience. Gabriela is amazing! It was my first experience with Reiki and energy work, so I honestly did not know what to expect. She is so welcoming and open, that I immediately felt safe and calm. I felt so light and relaxed after her session that it was almost like an energy high! She also gave me insights and recommendations on essential oils and other things that could help. I'm so thankful for her work, can't recommend her enough.

Gabriela’s energy is very warm and welcoming. I joined a virtual women’s cicle led by her and I felt really connected and emotional. I felt like she acknowledged every story shared and made everyone feel safe. Great experience and a great way to finish my day, felt revigorated afterwards.
Also highly recommend the virtual reiki - it was the first time I had a virtual reiki and it was so amazing how I could feel her presence and her notes were so on point it was really amazing.

I want to express how glad I am to have had my first Reiki session ever with Gabriela. In a random conversation last week, I decided to do a "virtual" session, once I live in the U.S. Honestly, I was kind of skeptical. As much as I believe in energy, my mind was overwhelmed. I thought I would not be able to have a good experience, but I was definitely wrong. I could feel physical sensations and, at the end of the session, her words went straight to my heart! I wanted to learn Reiki and contacted Gabriela and to be honest... I was a bit nervous because I was looking for a reiki coach before and I canceled my first one because I just did not feel a connection. But my doubts were so senseless! We had such a positive connection right away and Gabriela made me feel totally welcome. Her reiki energy feels so healing and during my process as her student, she also unblocked my energies. My Reiki session with Heal & Be Free was eye opening. I was able to access a new state and completely calm my mind. Better than meditation. I felt no stress even days after. The debriefing session was extremely valuable too because Gabi gave me a list of personal tips for what to do + resources to read and watch, so I can continue on my own. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to feel better, work on blocks, or reduce stress.

Best sessions I have ever had! Gabi is a sweetheart and makes you feel extremely comfortable and explains all the details if you are entering the holistic world like me. I have had in Person and Online sessions (both Reiki and ThetaHealing) with her and it has helped me extremely with my image of myself, getting to work on my food addiction and discovering and working on past traumas that prevent me from moving forward.
I would recommend her any time a hundred times!

I honestly don’t know what to say other than this was literally one of the best experiences of my life. I had no expectations except for excitement as i’ve always wanted to have a reiki healing session and never had one before. Gabriela was so kind and made me feel very welcome and relaxed. She explained how the session will go and what to expect during and after. I could literally feel the energy moving and shifting and warming my body. I am so grateful that I found her and for the outcome of my session…which, to say the least, was outstanding and emotional on so many levels. Everything she said hit home and I just felt an overwhelming relief and sense of secuirty. Her debrief and tips were great and i’ll be sure to use them daily. she is a very very soulful and powerfully gifted woman and I’d highly recommend anyone to experience it for themself and open up to healing with Gabriela.
