I had my first visit with Dr. Foster, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was recommended to him by a moms’ Facebook group where so many spoke highly of him, and he absolutely lived up to the praise. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Foster was incredibly informative and attentive. He took the time to address our questions and made both my husband and me feel comfortable and cared for. I wished I listened to the reviews about their billing department. I went in for a first time visit and was told multiple times my insurance would FULLY cover the visit. I checked my insurance claims and they filed thousands of dollars in claims to my insurance, which I owe 1k! How do you do this to your patients? How do you do an annual exam and not claim it as a preventive? Then when I brought it up they said MY insurance was the problem and when I asked my insurance they said the Billing department did not code it as an annual exam.
I was told by Jennifer I should have checked with my insurance before coming and that I can be put on a payment plan?!
One I did, annual exams are not a cost to a patient and are fully covered by insurance and two I asked you multiple times about it being my first visit and you still told me it was covered by insurance as well as the referral from another office. Maybe don’t lie to your patients! I’ve been getting claims submitted to Cigna everyday from ONE visit. I would never step foot in this office again and I wish I listened to the other reviews about their billing department before I went. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical facility.

I went in twice and the first two times they just put me in a room to get the ultrasound, my blood pressure was never taken, I was never examined which I thought was weird, every other OBGYN does this. I also have severe nausea and vomiting (Hyperemesis Gravidarum) the first visit I asked for medication and they gave me over the counter Unisom and B6, that did not work so the second visit I tried to explain my situation and the lady in the front desk cut me off with attitude and told me they do not give zofran at all until about the 12-13 week mark. I told her I was extremely sick but they didn’t want to listen to me. For the next two weeks I was throwing up, can’t keep anything down, not even water. I had to look for another OBGYN and I was told being severely dehydrated and not being able to eat anything is more dangerous than taking zofran, so the new doctor gave me some relief and gave me zofran, I am able to eat and drink water now. My point is, if you want to be heard and want the best for you and your baby, find another doctor.

A Caring Center for Women in Vero Beach, FL highly recommended Dr. Foster and team. We are first time parents, full time established professionals and service/care is extremely important to us. We certainly could have chose a practice closer to home but the reputation shared with us that Dr. Foster and team had made our decision easy to schedule. From our initial phone call to schedule our new patient appointment, phone calls leading up to the appointment day and the actual appointment day we could not be more at peace with our decision as first time parents. Dr. Foster and team truly care, are clearly experts and trusted professionals in their field and we could not be more excited to be on this journey to parenthood with them. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and heard. It makes all of the difference. 10/10+++ recommend!

Dr. Foster is fantastic! Very personable and reassuring. He delivered my son and I had an emergency happen right after and he was so calm and focused and walked me through everything as it was happening. I really appreciated all the support and his medical assistant Danielle is AMAZING! She always got back to me the same day and has a really gentle demeanor. This is a great office!

Unfathomably unprofessional staff. Dr. Foster as a doctor himself seems fine, but the staff is egregious. Asked tons of questions about insurance, was insanely over charged to my lady’s provider, was given blatantly incorrect information about coverage. Now there is a crazy 10k balance on her insurance for ONE doctor’s visit. Clearly this is one of those doctor’s offices thats just over charging insurance and raising the premiums for everyone. Straight up disgusting quality of service, almost impossible to even get in touch with them for questions.

I’ve been going to Dr Foster since I moved to Florida from Texas 9 1/2 years ago. He is always patient and kind. He has helped me through a couple of health issues. His entire staff is warm and helpful.

Dr Fosters office is kind and empathetic. They cared for us through our first pregnancy. I saw him primarily but also Becky Hayes a few times(she is bubbly but also really knowledgeable!). He’s got a very calm, matter of fact demeanor and is very thorough and thoughtful. I ended up having the hospitalist deliver since it was on a weekend, but Dr Foster handled my postpartum care and I felt I was in good hands. Danielle, his nurse, is amazing. Jennifer, one of the receptionists, is also very good at her job. Shannon, the other receptionist, can be a little flat but once she warms up to you she’s great.
There was some trouble getting in as a patient with the practice, as I came to them from a specialist and was already some weeks along in the pregnancy so they took extra time to review my case which is understandable. But, other than that, I’ve had an overall wonderful experience!
