The women in the office weren’t kind or welcoming and I could hear them bickering with each other behind the glass window when it was shut. Very unprofessional first impression. The doctor was robotically polite but not really, asked questions really fast and would cut me off with another question or statement before I could finish answering. Said things like to eat more fiber without inquiring how much fiber was in my diet, just didn’t seem very genuine. Condescending is a good word. I left without any answers for my problem and won’t go back for a follow up visit because I don’t believe they’re there to help patients find answers. They just get patients in and take your time and money.

I would definitely not recommend this doctor or office. Most unprofessional experience I've had. Besides the fact that they have absolutely no integrity. If you do have any procedures done with this doctor you will want to check with the surgical facility before doing any pre-op. They scheduled me for a colonoscopy but when I called the morning of I wasn't even scheduled. Apparently they changed the procedure for 2 weeks Iater without informing me. And they did not return my call until the end of said day. I do wish I would have read reviews before I went to this doctor. Even makes me rethink my new primary who recommended him. I sure hope this office realizes how unacceptable their process is.

I wouldn't go to this doctor if my life depended on it. This office is such a joke. I have been requesting medical records for my husband for over 1 month to no avail. I have called the office countless times and spoke to Rachel. She always promises to send the records to me/new doctor but for some reason she refuses to do it. She apparently has to "dig through" files on the doctor's desk to find them yet we still don't get them. I then page the doctor multiple times to inform him that records are not getting sent after over a month of requesting them and STILL no records are sent! Quite honestly, I feel they lost the records - what other explanation is there!? You decide. There are plenty of other doctors out there that have a better bedside manner and a much more organized staff. What a terrible experience!

Run…do not stop! Psycho doctor and a rude and insensitive to his patients. Doctor does NOT do follow up calls after procedures. Very condescending tone with patients. Office looks like a hoarders office with medical records lining the walls. So concerning. I can NOT get MY medical records sent to new doctor. Staff is the devil. An all around horrible experience. Run Run Run. Where is the zero rating option. Be afraid. Very afraid.

Dr. Gadol was quick, thorough, and professional. He does the procedures himself so there’s no 3rd party involvement. The experience I had here was night and day compared to other specialists I’ve been to . You can tell he really cares about his patients and is passionate about his work. Great place and staff.

Very disappointed.. I should have known I wouldn't be getting a good doctor if they could get me in same day when the other 30 doctors I called couldn't get me in for months.. That should have been a sign I was going to the wrong place!

I had 4 doctors tell me this year (2024) I needed to go see a GI doctor for my massive intestinal issues.

This doctor said because I saw a GI doctor in 2021 he wasn't going to do any but increase my acid reflux medication. Not what I was there for but ok..

He told me to go see a pain doctor if I was in pain.. because why try to figure out what is causing it.

I left his office not feeling heard, like he really didn't care and because it was so late in the day (they ran late) that he just wanted to get me out of his office..

His office staff wasn't bad and they did get me in very quickly (same day). I think it was just so they could charge my insurance because he didn't do a thing and pushed me off to other doctors..

Now I have to go find a different GI doctor to actually do something, or at a minimum run a few test or maybe even try to find out what is going on with me..

And.. he wanted to see me back in 2 weeks! For what To continue to not do anything..

He only cares about the insurance payment.. He didn't care about me or my problems and he really made me feel worse than I did before I even got there..

I've been going to see Dr. Gadol for quite a long time now. He's personable and detail oriented. The office is small, but the staff is nice and have been there for many years.
