Worst lawyer ever. He charged me 5k. And just wanted me to plead whatever the prosecutor offered. Didn't even bother to give a counter offer. They asked 2years of prison and a year of probation. I fired him. Got me a public attorney, that one did more work than than the paid lawyer. He got me a year of prison with no probation. I do not recommend Mr. Hernandez at all.

LAZIEST LAWYER IN TAMPA!!DANNY Fernandez should be charged with fraud!! he takes peoples money with the for knowledge, that he knows he can't do something or he ain't really going to try hard to do something!as soon as the prosecutor! says something he keeps it like that,even know he can do something,he rushes clients with long records through the system for prosecutors,and hopes or expects good pled deals for people fresh and green in the system!he never looked into nothing we told him about in my brothers case!and ever time you call his office,that will say he is in Court! and never respond back!my brothers friend had to take a day off work and go up there,so if you want a lawyer like that DANNy FERNANDEZ is perfect!if you want to save your money lesson to me,I wish someone would of put my family up on him like I'm doing for you'll!we would of not lost our 20,000

Horrible experience with this lawyer. I paid him at least $2,000 and he withdrew his representation of me without my knowledge and had a warrent issued for my arrest after he failed to tell me of a court date. I have asked for at least a partial refund to no avail. Don't screw yourself over even more by hiring him as your attorney.

I am facing 4 years for over a d.v poke and he couldbt get it dropped with no record on my half and 3000$ later ....
