First and last time customer here. The worst customer service. We were trying to decide what to order and all they did was rush us through the line. They put an item I. My plate that I didn’t even ask for. I was discussing what I wanted with my husband and they guys just decided to put the bean salad in my plate. Food (potatoes in particular) is spicy and they don’t have anything stating that so I couldn’t even give the food to my kids which was a waste. The food was also overpriced and the portions super small. They put a tiny little side of hummus as my “sauce”. Do not recommend at all.

Tried this yesterday and was really impressed with the food quality. Service was great, owner or manager was very helpful and explained all options despite place being really busy, service was fast. Noticed how fresh everything was while it was being prepared. Decent size meals, fairly priced for real healthy food. I recommend this place if you're in for a good meal that won't hurt your pocket or your body.

MALA experiencia el chico llamado SEBASTIAN de asentó colombiano nos trató súper mal, no sabe tratar con el público nos habló horrible la atención fue pésima de su parte; excepto de la chica de la caja u un muchacho llamado Luis fueron los que nos trataron muy bien gracias a ellos fue que terminamos de realizar el pedido muy AMABLE LUIS y la chica de caja los felicito a ellos; deberían de cambiar a ese mal educado de SEBASTIAN ; la comida muy mala no cuidan los detalles el pollo era pura piel, patético el lugar.

I absolutely loved the vegetable wrap. The best wrap I'd ever had in Orlando. Super juicy and full of flavour. The cauliflower was crunchy and cooked just perfectly. The guys behind the counter were super nice. Would definitely go here every time I'm in the mall

I used to go to this location a few times due to the far hour drive and it seems they only get worse. They are stingy with portions, up charge for everything only to be there at open and receive rice that isn’t even cooked. My rice was completely hard and I was absolutely appalled to get home and see they don’t even have a phone number to call and let them know. Probably because they are doing it on purpose. They want to avoid accountability? I won’t be back. Used to go to conroy and it was a little bit better but they shut down. This place should be next. They also aren’t friendly at all and usually have a problem when you want a real portion instead of rabbit food.

Changed since I first tried. Portions are half size of what they used to be, prices are unchanged. $18 for a small meal, not worth it, not restaurant quality, it’s food court food. At the check out, tip was added automatically (15%) by the cashier without telling me (I pay attention and so I changed it and so did his face lol,). Shady business practice. Looking forward to someone taking over the space and bringing us good quality food

I have eaten at chickpeas several times at the millennia mall. The very first time that I had eaten there the food was very good. The service was good and the price was right.

Overtime, they have let their standards drop. The food is not at the correct temperatures and now they are hiding credit card service charges up to the point of transaction, that is … they advertise one price and after you get your food, you have a completely different price on your bill which is justified by a small print card at the cash register.

The food is barely the correct price at the lower price let alone to have an additional 3% added to the price. It doesn’t matter what they’re justification is they should just put the correct price up on the sign so that you can make a realistic judgment or avoid eating there all together. This particular meal was certainly not worth the price.

Additionally, when my food was finally prepared and boxed, it sat there while the attendant took care of other customers rather than just cashing me out and completing my transaction.
