I just started my experience at Bella Kai yoga studio recently. I was introduced to the hot yoga practice. The instructors are wonderful. They teach in a caring and nurturing environment. The space is beautiful and comfortable. You are able to learn and practice at your own pace. I highly recommend Bella Kai Studio.

Bella Kai is a very well run, welcoming, serene studio. The yoga instructors are caring and professional. Classes offered include but not limited to hot 90 (my favorite-helps balance mind, body and spirit), yoga sculpt and yin yoga, offered throughout the day. I encourage everyone to join a class. You'll love it!

Hi. I love Bella Kai! The owner, Hillary, has her heart in the right place. She is a beautiful and happy soul who wants to help as many ppl as possible. Her yoga classes help relax and combat pain. She even teaches/ donates a class for military (like me) on Wednesdays' nights to help with daily stress. Her only expectation is to be healthy and happier. Come visit!

The instructors are very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant. My flexibility has improved greatly. It also can substitute for low impact cardio due to the many stability holds and balance exercise for those people with joint issues from more traditional forms of cardio exercise. Very good experience so far.

Love this studio! The new location is so bright and relaxing. The Saturday Cardio Sculpt class offered is a mix of weights, yoga stretching, and cardio dance. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to new students and experienced yogis alike. 🙂 Very military friendly, as the owner Hillary is retired Navy.
