I would like to thank you for crossing my path when I really needed a new direction to find mind clarity.

My problems I had before I found this meditation practice were multiple emotional and mental burdens. I was unable to focus on my personal tasks. I was depressed filled with anxiety, stress and worry about my current and past relationships. I was unable to sleep or concentrate to perform a simple task.

I kept doing my workout routines but even working out was not helping me with my anxiety or depression. I reached out to therapists which help out temporary, but I find myself back to my depression mood. I felt my world was crashing in and I was wondering If things were ever going to get better for me.

On Saturday August 3, 2024 I normally would have been at work. I took the day off and decided to go to my local gym for a quick workout. I walked into the gym and I passed the Meditation table not thinking much of it.

I finished my workout with a struggle. I was unable to concentrate or focus on my routines. On my way out of the gym I approached the meditation table where I met James Kim. I remember reading something to the nature; Do you suffer from the following: Anxiety, depression, stress, concentration etc.. I immediately stop reading and I told James, "That's exactly me. Where do I sign up?"

Meditation has shown me how to focus and concentrate to eliminate delusional thoughts which therapist could not do for me.

Approximately two months later of Meditating, I have found some peace of mind, tranquility, focus and most importantly happiness. I realized that the life I was living was false filled with delusional thoughts. I have found to let those thoughts go through the mediation method. I'm focusing on the truth universe and learning on how to let my self go and become truth.

Before starting this meditation, my life was full of challenges. I was constantly thinking about the past and future, feeling anger, and living in a mind world where some thoughts were true and others were not. Whenever I tried to solve my problems, I felt frustrated—solutions seemed temporary, and I would always end up back where I started.

Since February, I realized that the best option was to focus on being the best version of myself. This meditation method has truly transformed me. It helps me focus on the present moment and accept things I cannot control. Whenever negative thoughts arise, I remind myself, “It is what it is.” Through this practice, I’ve learned that my past does not control my future, and I’ve grown in so many areas of my life.

The turning point for me was during my licensed vocational nursing program in 2020/2021. At that time, I noticed a profound change in my mindset. All the self-doubt and negativity I carried for years began to fade. I can confidently say that I am no longer the same person I was before I started this meditation.

Today, I feel at peace with myself and everyone around me. I focus on the present, mind my own business, and work on elevating myself to be the best I can be. I’m especially grateful for this meditation method because it has helped me relax, love myself more, and stay positive. It has improved my neurological and emotional health, mindset, and confidence.

Before starting to meditate I had a lot of intrusive thoughts, depression and severe anxiety on my day to day life. It was extremely hard to control on my own and would frequently have anxiety and panic attacks.

When I tried to solve the problem on my own, the things I tried would bring temporary relief but then the problem would come back again stronger. This cycle would make me feel hopeless and I would mentally give up. It was a very stressful experience for me .

This meditation was different because it actually helped me with the problems i had in my mind. It taught me and helped me realize that my problems were not only caused by my external situation but actually arose from within my own mind. And I realized that if I healed my mind I could actually start seeing real progress instead of just momentary relief.

The moment I realized this meditation was really helping me was when I started using the tools my guides would give me like incorporating the meditation technique and prayer in my daily life and all throughout the day. I realized that by cleansing my mind daily and meditating would bring me a true sense of peace inside. My anxiety greatly lessened and I could start to feel normal again without constant fears and worries that I had been struggling with.

There is now a feeling of real hope in my life. A feeling that things really can get better. When before I felt completely hopeless and almost felt like giving up completely. This meditation has helped me recover a real sense of normalcy in my life that I had been missing. I am still in the beginning of my meditation journey but I know now that there truly is hope. Hope that we can truly live, happily. Without stress, worries, and anxiety. Day by day. One step at a time. I will continue my journey towards my best self. Thank you

Before starting meditation, I struggled with stress and overthinking everything in life. Whenever I tried to solve my stress-related problems, it felt like they just kept piling up, creating even more stress to deal with.

1.What were the problems you had before starting this meditation?
My concentration was a big challenge.
overreacting with my co-workers.the fact that I had a resentment with my mom,I forgot about some traumas in my childhood.

2.When I tried to resolve the problem, what kind of frustration did I feel?
I felt that it was hard to let things go,and I felt that everybody was just watching me.
The memories of my past kept coming and coming all the time.

3.What is the difference between this meditation?
I think for this method the difference between others is simple and just keep going and going to let things go until you forget and everything disappears but you already know the roots which are the memories in your childhood.

4.Please describe the moment you realize meditation helps to resolve your problems?
When I feel it is working, it is when I feel more at peace, more relaxed and also I feel more happy, I don't have anxiety when I am thinking about work or all my problems.

5. Please explain specifically how your life was changed since your problem was resolved.
Well I tried to control all my environment and I couldn't, made me mad and frustrated, made me angry at that time but now with the meditation, especially when I have my one on one with James, it helped me a lot, because he explain me over and over again and until everything disappear and just is the universe and when you become the universe everything is paces and nothing can disturb.
I tried to be more calm and relaxed, and I know it is step by step.

I had recently gone through a divorce, and I was living paycheck to paycheck. I ended up with a DUI, which led to more and more bills piling up. Money was a huge concern for me—something that consumed my thoughts constantly.

But after meditating, I realized that I had been dwelling on it and obsessing over it. I experienced anxiety with panic attacks before starting this method. My frustration was thinking I would never be the same as before. This method is different from others. I like the method; the classes are thorough, the people who help are very kind, and the topics are meaningful.
This method helped me solve my problem when I started discarding the pictures of my past life and letting go of all the years I had lived. My life has changed—I’ve overcome my fears, my anxiety is gone, and I’ve returned to work, interacting and being like I used to be. But now, without so many pictures.
