I highly recommend this meditation. The technique is easy to learn, even for someone like me who was fairly new to meditation. I love working with Maria, Eugene and Blake. They are wonderful, kind and patient. This specific type of meditation has had many positive impacts on my life; including reduced anxiety, and an ability to feel content and grateful.

I walked into Teaneck Meditation Center seven years ago, going through bad dilemmas with work and especially a failed marriage. At first I hesitated, but I walked in never look back. My life has changed dramatically. I went from a broken marriage to being a strong, mom woman who can manage a household a job created Two businesses and still find time with my daughter. It has been hard, but this is showing me that there’s more to life than delving into depression, stress, anger, and anything that’s negative. It’s help me open my mind to the big picture.
You don’t learn from your parents. Your parents do the best they can, with what they know. You learn this on your own and when your are guided to a place like Teaneck Meditation it’s a sign letting you know there’s a shift that needs to happen in you. Don’t resist, let go and release. See life in a different light. God knows I wouldn’t be the person that I am today if I didn’t walk into Teaneck Meditation made that first step that turned into my commitment to my best life ever.
