This Krystal is a long standing restaurant, dating back to the 90s when I was a teenager. I used to come here on the regular back in 1993-1996. I'm now 49 years old. My mother brought me here today, November 1, 2024 for 645am breakfast. It's the first time I've been here to this location since I was running around pine hills as a teenager. The ladies that worked this morning ,are awesome and great!! Their attention to customer service was off the chain. Love you ladies, you ROCK

The lady who made the food was so wonderful she fixed the order and was very kind and respectful. I don't have her name, but it was 10/29 around 11ish. I want her to know that I appreciated her for doing a wonderful job. Her customer service was beyond excellent. Thank you. I wish I had your name.

Went in at 3:30 today been coming here last couple of days. The crew inside do an amazing job. A man named Michael’s aswell did spectacular well. Very respectable and handled my order with speed and efficiency while it was busy good job he’s a good person to have on the team!

It was breakfast time, but I wanted the Krystal burgers and chili cheese totes. I ask the lady could I do that . She was so nice and friendly about it yes we can do that for you. She was having a very hard time with one of the customers and a worker. She handled it with grace. But she still smiled and she also was having Sirius problems. She joked with me and was so very friendly. I did not get her name but thanks for making my day. Food was hot and great. It's just the little things that matter.

Sat in driveway for 30 minutes and watch two cars ahead of me drove away got to the window my order was still not ready ask for the manager the manager never came to the window call the store back once I drove off and spoke with Meme(manger)
I don't know who own this Krystal's but you really need to do a walk through and your store and to me this store should actually be shut down immediately .kids fixing food standing on line laughing band playing
Went across the street to McDonald's I was in and out I've never seen crystals this way it's at its worse
