The most incredible yoga studio ever… genuinely blown away by the kindness and inspiration I’ve experienced since coming to this studio. Gabrielle (the owner) is just amazing and has created a beautiful oasis to move and flow in. She’s so attentive to details and committed to following up with each person who comes in, and I’ve felt so comfortable and welcome here because of her. She has honestly made me feel so taken care of! Holly (instructor) is also just the best, and she leads such fun and energizing classes! She knows how to push you to your limits and keep you going without making you feel overwhelmed. She keeps instructions clear, cues so well, and is helpful with providing suggestions for modifications as well as individual corrections to improve form. I trust her to lead us through the class since I know she’s got us, and she is so in tune with how people are feeling and what people need. And music is always fire. Overall, cannot recommend this gem of a studio more!

The loving and joyful energy that the instructors facilitate is exquisite and each class brings valuable strength and wellness to the community that is fostered at Equillibrium Movement. The hospitality and kindness demonstrated by all staff members made me feel like I belonged there and was very welcoming.

Taylor’s 10:30 Vinyasa was well worth my time and $. Core, strength and balancing positions that were both challenging and rewarding. The studio is super cool with garage doors that open for fresh air, the floor is soft matted, there’s a shower if needed and the staff absolutely lovely. Thanks Taylor! Great start to my day!

All I can really say is that it will change your life your mind your body and your heart. You’ll tend do view things in such a different perspective. I’m quite new to yoga but my best mates basically dragged me there with the first month unlimited pass which I highly recommend. I was hesitant at first and I was overcoming small tedious injuries as a surfer and full time gym rat and Pilates training etc. But I went everyday that first month and I was hooked also I haven’t looked back and it’s been a while. So to the best part Gabby and her husband and family are awesome and such great people as well as her instructors who have become more like friends and family. The studio is epic it’s very clean and with all the necessities needed for Pilates or blocks roller sets for yoga also you can pick classes heated and or non heated. It really is all what you put into it and how you train eat and feed your soul but I cannot say enough epic things except sorry it took me this long to write a review Gabby. 10 out of 10

My favorite local Yoga studio! I was recommended to come here by a friend and it became my new Sunday ritual. Since then a few more friends joined me and we are loving our Sunday morning reset! Great studio, great classes!

The studio has a great vibe all the time, it's tranquil but still fun and communal. With Gabi it's another level. She provides a great intense class, but incorporates some lighthearted moments that make it just awesome.Cocoa Beach is lucky to have the studio.

Found this place on the Internet looking for an Inferno Hot Pilates class.. when I arrived Gabrielle was awesome! She was very helpful and such positive energy! Her class was fantastic as she was very detailed in instructions, and walked around helping. The energy was awesome! And with me being an Inferno Pilates instructor as well it was great to learn new things and support others! . I definitely would love to visit again when I’m on vacation.!

Gaby is always so motivating, inspiring and pushes you to your limit and beyond. It's so much fun and you can feel the amazing energy from the whole class!
Plus, you'll see results from the inside out! ?
