P.S. The Port Orange location has a wonderful Coffee/Tea Shop, by the name of Copperline Coffee. This is why I personally prefer this location! ?

First time at this facility, and it was very clean and new lol. Great service, I was registered easily and didn’t wait long at all to be called for my appointment. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely go back if the need arises.

From scheduling my surgery all the way through being discharged, the service and care I received was outstanding. Special shout outs to Stephanie, my prep nurse on the 3rd floor and Justin, my post surgery nurse also on the 3rd floor. Stephanie was so nice and kept me calm for my procedure. We were in the midst of hurricane Helene and Justin worked hard to get me discharged so that I could return home before the storm peaked. Thank you Stephanie and Justin.

I highly recommend Advent Health and the Port Orange Advent Health Hospital. The building was immaculately cleaned. You felt comfortable at the level of cleanliness in the area.

PA Ben was pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained what he was thinking rather than just doing and keeping me in the dark. He made sure I could be kept comfortable while waiting for a referral to a specialist. I have no qualms about seeing PA Ben again.

My son is eight years old and needed bloodwork done. He has had bloodwork work done before at quest diagnostics, so he knew what to expect. When we arrived, the desk attendant was very friendly and the wait time was short. However, when we got into the room to draw blood, the phlebotomist took a long time to enter the labs and left my son anticipating and fearing the stick. The phlebotomist did not seem to be experienced with children and she had another phlebotomist, Lisa, come in to try to draw. At this point, my son was so upset and stressed. He was not able to sit still to have the blood drawn and he was screaming and crying. We were told that they could not draw his labs for safety purposes and we left the park. I immediately made an appointment at the AdventHealth Daytona hospital lab. I wrote a note stating that my child was eight and if they could have someone that was quick. When we arrived Antoinette said she got my note and she knew the perfect person for the labs. Antoinnette and Jessica welcomed my son back and the labs were able to be drawn quickly and with limited stress to my son. This was a much better experience and I hope that the health park in Port Orange can learn from our experience. Thank you.

Every time I receive services here, I am greeted by friendly folks and treated kindly. I usually arrive early, only wait a few minutes and often I’m finished and out the door before my appointment time. I always receive the best care by the best folks!!
