Red Sun is an exceptional yoga studio! I have been a member for 2 fabulous years! The quality of yoga instructors is amazing. They have quite a nice variety of classes- Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and more! Classes are available all through the day and are well attended, that doesn’t happen often in many yoga studios!! Sarah, the owner, offers such a nice assortment of blocks, bolsters, blankets, even towels! AND…. The studio is beautiful and very clean and very zen. When I travel throughout the United States and even overseas, I try to attend yoga classes! Red Sun stands out as number one in all my travels! Thank you, Sarah and Robin and Violette and Luz and all the instructors who have become so important in my life!! And who doesn’t want to support a small local business run by a female Kudos To Red Sun!! ? The photo I included is my favorite space when I am practicing on the mat at Red Sun!!

It can sometimes take me 2 hours to get to Red Sun . It’s now 45 miles away. It took me 2 1/2 hours to get home tonight! I continue to keep up my membership because I love everything about the place. The teachers are friendly, genuine and knowledgeable, all with a sense of humour and an interest in you as a person. The facility is extremely clean, soothing, large and incredibly well equipped. The schedule is very varied , 7 days a week- something for every level. There isn’t an intimidating aspect anywhere! All shapes and sizes and levels welcome. Prices are very competitive -I probably spend more than anyone, even with my senior discount-the gas and wear and tear on my car! Wish I could move closer and come in every day .

I always feel so much better after attending one of these sessions! Each instructor has been wonderful and brings something different to the class. There is such a peaceful and kind vibe there. Everyone is welcome and accommodations are made for all levels of abilities. One class and the stress and the pain melt away and I leave feeling refreshed and strengthened. Although I have not attended classes at Red Sun Yoga Studio, I am thankful that a friend invited my sister and me to join her for the 2023 Red Sun Yoga retreat in Lucca, Italy. From the excellent pre-trip communications to the final departure from the villa it was a well-planned and enriching adventure for which Sarah Morgan, the studio owner, took care of all the details. In addition to twice daily yoga practice, we enjoyed a lovely villa with grounds for hiking, relaxing, sketching, reading, journaling and just enjoying nature. The yoga instructors, Sarah and Courtney, made students of all levels feel comfortable and safe in their practices.

Delicious gourmet meals were prepared by an executive chef and her staff. The trip included meals and local wine, a bike tour of the town of Lucca and excursions to a local winery and the Cinque Terre. Many optional activities such as onsite massages and a cooking class were also available. The hosts fostered an atmosphere that allowed attendees to interact as much or as little as they liked.

From lazy afternoons sitting around the table under the Tuscan sun with new friends to late night sharing of stories and secrets it was a remarkable experience. They might say what happens in Italy stays in Italy, but I know one thing that does not! That’s fine yoga experiences. This retreat has convinced me to become a client of Red Sun Yoga Studio. Looking forward to seeing you again!

The studio is very well equipped with everything you might need to make your yoga experience comfortable and relaxing. Lots of parking easy access upstairs by either stairs or elevator. I enjoyed the schedule of classes every month, they really accommodate times and days. They have 2 rooms for yoga practice class sizes. Plenty of space. Super clean and have supplies if you need to use anything or forget anything. The teachers are amazing and really good at explaining and flowing through class. Highly recommend. Plus take your picture with Mr Bones.
