My wife and I have been devoted fans of Dr. Frydman from the moment we met him. He’s highly able, detail oriented, deeply informed, totally attentive—everything you want your doctor to be. However, this time I want to talk about his staff. His physician’s assistant, Dana Mehra, saw me last week and she looked in my ears, as should be routine. But she was the first in many years to mention that I had a serious buildup of wax that was blocking my ear drums. When I got hearing aids in 2020, no one said it was anything serious. Mehra and her assistants, Dayna and Latisha, spent the time they needed to clear out my ears, which wasn’t easy. I hear better than I have in years and haven’t used my hearing aids since. It’s spectacular what they did, something that hadn't occurred to anyone else to handle for years. This is the kind of care I need. The kind I go to this office to get. I can’t recommend these people any higher because they’re the best and it feels inspiring to find my health in the hands of the best.

I met Dr. Jarrod Frydman while he was doing his externship. I saw such potential in him that I told him that I would be coming to see him WHEN he goes into private practice. He gave me a piece of his prescription pad with his name and address on it. I kept it over the years and still have it. That was over 20 years ago!

As soon as I saw his name circulating in health insurance books, I referred my parents. I had already fallen "in love" with my then primary care physician so I stayed, while they went. I later sent my spouse and child. After my insurance changed and I could no longer go to my previous primary, I gave it no thought as to who would be my replacement. Dr. Frydman has my ENTIRE family and a pretty sizable amount of our local friends.

He is AMAZING! He is thorough! He is easy to communicate with. He takes his time to listen to his patients' cares and concerns. We are a family of healthcare workers, but if we were not, I can tell you that he is able to break things down so that a lay person or a child could understand.

His calendar is ALWAYS full, up to three months out. He does allow for walk-ins. You can see him or his partner Dr. Martinez or Dana, his ARNP. In the morning, walk-ins can be tended to if you arrive there by 8A. He takes walk-ins again in the afternoon if you arrive before 1P. He also has office hours every other Saturday.

His staff is very friendly and efficient. They return calls and take care of referrals and authorizations in a timely manner. Shout out to Stephanie, Monica, Janet, Lilly, Ashley and Martha. There is someone else, her name eludes me right now. They all do fantastic work to help Dr. Frydman's practice run like a well oiled machine. You will NOT regret having Dr. Frydman on your healthcare team.

BEWARE!! Worst doctors office I have ever been to. Horrible customer service, the girls that answer the phone really dont care about their patients and are not helpful. I've had multiple medical issues and can't even get a appointment with my doctor, any medicine nothing. I had a emergency last week and all they told me is he's booked for 5 months!! So I had to go to a urgent care and pay out of pocket. Trust me pick some place else to go
