Fun and Therapeutic Experience at Body Jam Essentials

Taking the body butter and oil class at Body Jam Essentials was both fun and engaging. My wife and I came here for an activity celebrating our wedding anniversary. I wanted to do something our the ordinary and this was a great experience. The hands-on workshop allowed us to create personalized, luxurious skincare products while learning about the benefits of natural ingredients. The instructor was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making the class enjoyable and informative. Beyond the creativity, the experience provided a wonderful mental health relief, offering a soothing and therapeutic break from daily stresses. The calming environment and focus on self-care left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in a bit of self-pampering.

I attended the Intention Body Butter class because I saw it featured on OWN’s Ready to Love. And it did not disappoint! In fact, the experience exceeded my expectations! You are guided through each step of the process and educated along the way by the owner/instructor. You are able to personalize it to your liking with different scents and essential oils. I absolutely love my body butter!! I also paid a little extra to make a body oil that complements it. This is a great class to take solo or with your friends/family/significant other. I’m definitely planning on rebooking soon!

Because of the passion that the owner exudes, I decided to book a private Reiki and sound bath session. First time ever trying reiki but I’m so glad I trusted my instincts. 10/10 highly recommend! She did a mind, body and spirit reading for me and was able to share some areas that I should focus on! It was such an enlightening experience!
