Fantastic reflexology session before the birth of my little girl. Jemma instantly put me at ease and we spoke through some pregnancy pains and also my reason for booking a reflexology session.
I felt so relaxed and the session went so so quickly! I ended up going into labour that night - I was disappointed not to be attending my second session which I had booked in for the following week!!
Would absolutely recommend.

I started seeing Jemma for reflexology at around 7 months pregnant because I was struggling with pelvic girdle pain. Jemma is so welcoming and has a lovely quiet studio space at the end of her garden (which always smells amazing!). She really took the time to understand my issue, going far beyond the symptomatic pain - my sessions with Jemma were a sanctuary from all the stresses of pregnant life with a toddler, mid-COVID! I saw Jemma again at around 40 weeks in the hope that reflexology could help induce labour - it didn't do that for me, but it did allow me an hour or two of pure relaxation during a very stressful time (my toddler had COVID) - we were worried my husband would catch COVID and not be allowed to be with me during birth. My family were vulnerable and I don't have friends without little ones who could be with me - Jemma kindly offered to be that person for me, and I have no doubt that she would have been a wonderful birth partner (for the massage alone!). We did a little hypnobirthing practice during the sessions and talked at length about my hopes (and worries) for birth. It is no exaggeration to say that she was an anchor for me during this period and I will be forever grateful to her. I do not hesitate to recommend her.
