I have searched for a long time for someone who did Reki but didnt give me a "weird" vibe from their website 🙂 And Chris was that! And he really is that! I recently had my first sessions with Chris which was a very insightful experience. I felt totally safe in his care and the session itself was quite relaxing, my experience there felt like a long meditation (something that doesn’t normally come so naturally for me). At one point towards the end of the session I felt some intensity in one particular area of my body which Chris really helped me with. His feedback at the end of the session was also interesting and validated a lot of what I have been experiencing.
